Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Important Points to Note

🚫 No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality preferences, or personal preferences. Please check the product description before placing your order.
📦 Returns or replacements will only be issued after inspection.
🎥 An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return or replacement request.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

To be eligible, the item must be:
✔️ Unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in original packaging.
✔️ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cases Eligible for Return/Replacement:

Wrong item received (must be verified with an unboxing video).
Defective or damaged item (must be verified with an unboxing video).

Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Replacement:

❌ Any item that has been damaged, used, or washed by the customer.
❌ Any item not in its original packaging, including missing inserts.
❌ Any item not in its original condition.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Custom or personalized products
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
🚫 Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, perfumes)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🚫 Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

💳 If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
📲 For prepaid orders where delivery was unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refunds will be issued via UPI ID or QR Code after deducting shipping fees.

🔹 Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as:
✔️ Severe delivery delays (multiple weeks).
✔️ Repeated receipt of incorrect or damaged items.

Replacement Costs

In some cases, customers may need to bear the replacement shipping cost. If applicable, we will inform you before processing your request.

Damages & Issues

📢 Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Photos and an unboxing video are required for verification.

Return & Replacement Process

1️⃣ Contact us with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video of the damaged item.
2️⃣ If eligible, we will initiate a return or replacement process.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve or reject the request.
4️⃣ If courier pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us. We will process the return/replacement once the item is received and inspected.
